So, your next task is to generate a list of questions you and your customer might ask. You’ll use this worksheet to list all the questions this customer would be likely to ask you and all the questions you’d like to ask them. Not that you necessarily would … but imagine all the things you wish you knew.

You’ll find a lot of space on this worksheet. You have room to list more questions than you’ll ever have time for in a single conversation. That’s good! Fill the space, so you can move beyond the obvious and open yourself to all possible angles.
